Please be advised, the consumer searches are lacking in power, and, their greatest value lies in a consumer "getting a idea" of certain markets, their values, and what is available within a certain range. Realtor MLS access is much more powerful and specific. Depending on your search criteria that is input, you may receive far too many properties, or, as is occasionally, far too few, and, when we have parties who decide they are ready to proceed with a purchase, the first order of business, upon receiving a pre-approval to open the file, is a completely new manual search, with all specific criteria, which is then further personally screened.

Buyer representation, from start through finish, is, as mentioned elsewhere, of no charge at all from start through closing, and tasks in between, so, it does make, that being the case, little sense for one to perform the entire process alone. We take the greatest pride in the homes we secure for our clients, and, frequently recommend clients against homes they may have an interest in, as, for any number of reasons, the home may present a re-sale issue.
